Ascott Hotel & Restaurant - Rombach

the breakfast provided offered a wide selection of fresh items, including delicious birchermuesli and fresh fruit salad. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and had easy access to public transportation. We also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the lovely balcony with a view.

the pillows provided were too large and flat for our liking.

The hotel was located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and a short walk to the city center. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and helpful staff. the breakfast was decent and the coffee was great. Parking was secure and convenient.

The stained carpet in the room left a bad impression and made it feel less clean than it actually was.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with spacious balconies that offer a beautiful view of the surroundings. The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk away from the city center. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning with fresh fruit salad, birchermuesli, cheeses, and croissants. the hotel had secure garage parking and good transportation facilities.

The owners of the hotel were nice and helpful. I was in need of an early check-in due to work, and they allowed me to change in an empty room and store my luggage. The rooms were impeccably clean, including the sparkling bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Plus, they even provided 2 bottles of sparkling water in the room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful old city of Aarau. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
